Coming from such a close knit family, the thought of moving 3 hours away from home was terrifying to me. I surrounded myself with friends who mad me laugh until I was in tears, and were there for you whenever you needed them. I’m ever so grateful to call this beautiful city of Duluth, Minnesota my “home away from home”. Although, they say “home is where the heart is” – I left little pieces of my heart in Saint Michael, Minnesota & Edmonton, Alberta. Not a day goes by where I’m not grateful for those who are there for me no matter the distance, I’ve truly been blessed with such kind-hearted, loving family.
